When editing an opened CXR from History tab, have region render available

This is actually a bug in my view, but I was asked to place the request here too.

Currently, when the following steps are taken, the region render button is not available (greyed out). It should be available.

1- From the history tab, open CXR

2- Click on the pencil to edit

3- Go to VFB main window.

You'll see it's greyed out.
