I would like for the Corona Light to be able to display the map or bitmap in the viewport, just as if it was a mesh. I work a lot with products and need to map gradients to light for control their distribution and over their apprearance in reflections. Working with corona light materials on planes would be an option, but it render much slower and noisier.
Would it be possible for corona to treat the Light dummy as just a mesh/plane and show the bitmap on it in viewport? Even if it was a composite map with several gradients.
