Port Material and Render Dialog UIs to Qt

The UI of Corona materials is slow to display, especially when using IR and switching between materials. The UI will redraw only slowly, due to the fact that Corona materials and the render dialog use the Win32 framework for its UI.

It's well visible when compared to e.g. Autodesk Material, which uses Qt as the UI framework.

Please port Corona's UI code to Qt so the UI is fast to work with.
