VFB Denoise/Bloom entire image

I dont understand why VFB cant apply post effects in the whole image, it only applies on the last piece of info it has, for example, If I render a complete image, then I want to make a change as region it only creates post effects for that region, it discards the whole other area.

I know that if I save an image as CXR, CIE can denoise and bloom the image, but its really annoying to use, it takes alooooooot of time saving an image, and even opening.

Could we have post effects applied in VFB like CIE

I attach an example, as you can see, it only creates bloom & glare from the left lamp, but not from the rest of the bright elements, it has discarded that info.
