Create Corona Moon inside Corona sun

In order to have better performance with night time and clouds we need to create corona sun along corona moon. Could we have the moon light object inside the sun, so we can create both at the same time?
This is how V-Ray solve it, for me its more practical instead of having to create as separate object, also having them for separate confuses how it should work.
