Most of the time I make some changes into images once they are done, but when loading the image into the VFB the region render doesnt seem to work, could we have this option? Lilke I said, sometimes theres the need to edit a material or a mapping or a floating object X), this could be very practical to have without making a mask
Render regions are available when VFB is opened and history item is edited, without prior rendering.
However, even when "Clear VFB between renders" is disabled, everything but the region(s) will become black on rendering or resume rendering.

So you mean that on saving a CXR, you would like it to save any render regions that were active at the time of saving?
