Rotate environment/HDRI bitmap via UV randomizer (same HDRI, multiple looks)

When using and HDRI for environment light in a scene with different camera angles, we often use the same HDRI bitmap but need to rotate it on a per camera/view basis. This means we have to duplicate the HDRI bitmap node every time to rotate it.


Ideally an option would be to use the UV randomizer node and control rotation here, but it doesn't work and there's no checkbox option for it to apple to environment or just the bitmap rotation.


I often use the corona color correct after an HDRI is loading into corona bitmap node to give the same HDRI different looks. So would be amazing to also be able to have the UV randomizer node work in this setup.
