It would be great if the VFB had a live histogram that showed the RGB channels and had alerts built in to show clipping like Adobe Lightrooms. When I shoot with my camera I always use the live histogram and when I do post production I always refer to it.
(e.g. the histogram is surely only useful when actually adjusting curves?)
The Curves tone mapping parameter displays the histogram - can you explain more about what would be different?
