Rewriting scene parsing for a faster first frame. Lots of times we are waiting 1, 1.5 Minutes to have a first frame with interactive or production rendering. Put some scatters, lots of textures and models and you have very long waiting times for the parsing scene state.. PLEASE HELP the users in the day to day basics !!
Going to merge this with the overall Parsing Performance Optimization request, to ensure that the already existing votes there are counted for on this request too. Once something moves to the Planned stage, we'll see if ideas need to be separated again (e.g. first parse improvements separate from reparsing during final rendering of animations could end up as separate things, or they may end up tackled as one thing - for now making sure this doesn't get less votes just because someone already voted on the existing idea is more important :) ).
