Be able to put an empty or dummy geometry in the scatter for advanced distributions

Right now if you put a no renderable geometry in chaos scatter it will be rendered, what we need is to be able to do so in order to make some advanced scatter effects just like itoo allows. Also more distribution options would be a great addition.

VFB settings in viewport interactive rendering

Some users prefer to use the viewport interactive but there is currently a limitation that tonemapping/lightmix and render elements are not accessible. Many users would find it helpful for these to be added.

Add Multipass Settings to Render Settings

The Multipass Settings always get lost atm. It would be nice to have them attached to the render settings. and as proposed with the tone mapping have edit/copy/paste buttons
